7. Order Processing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

8. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed in full through our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay) before any order is dispatched. Rare Tomato Vault does not store your credit card or banking details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Rare Tomato Vault and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Seed Use and Germination

Seeds are living agricultural products. While we perform germination checks, success depends on the grower’s skills, local climate, soil quality, and storage conditions. Rare Tomato Vault is not liable for crop failure.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rare Tomato Vault shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
