1. Dispatch Location
All orders from Rare Tomato Vault are meticulously hand-packed and dispatched from our garden facility in Nagapuram, Pedapurudi Mandal, Gudivada rural, Andhra Pradesh.
2. Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 to 4 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during peak seed-starting seasons.
3. Shipping Methods
We utilize reputable domestic courier services to ensure your seeds reach you in the best possible condition.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Depending on your location in India, delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take up to 10 days.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total order weight. We strive to keep these costs as low as possible.
6. Free Shipping Threshold
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all seed orders totaling ₹999 or more.
7. Order Tracking
Once your package is with the courier, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor its progress.
8. Packaging
Seeds are packed in moisture-resistant packets and shipped in padded envelopes or sturdy boxes to prevent crushing during transit.
9. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and includes a valid Pincode and a reachable mobile number to avoid delivery failures.
10. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make three attempts to deliver your package before returning it to us.
11. Return to Origin (RTO)
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, we can reship it after receiving the additional shipping fee.
12. Non-Dispatch Days
We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or National Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
13. Service Interruptions
Rare Tomato Vault is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or unexpected courier service interruptions.
14. International Shipping
At this moment, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping for our seed collection.
15. Order Consolidation
If you place multiple orders on the same day to the same address, we may consolidate them into a single shipment.
16. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately.
17. Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered "Delivered" once the courier’s tracking system indicates a successful delivery to the provided address.
18. P.O. Boxes
We generally do not ship to P.O. Box addresses due to courier restrictions. Please provide a physical street address.
19. State Restrictions
Some states may have specific agricultural entry requirements; we will notify you if there are any issues shipping to your location.
20. Shipping Notifications
You will receive notifications at every stage: Order Confirmed, Dispatched, and Out for Delivery.
21. Hand-Off
Once handed over to the courier, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the shipping provider, though we will assist in resolving issues.
22. Festive Delays
During major festivals like Diwali or Pongal, please expect a slight delay in delivery times across the courier network.
23. Bulk Orders
Larger orders may be split into multiple shipments to ensure safety and stay within weight limits.
24. Signature Requirement
Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
