Because seeds are living, perishable agricultural items, Rare Tomato Vault maintains a strict "No Return" policy once packets are delivered.
2. Final Sale
All seed sales are final. This policy ensures that the seeds in our collection are never exposed to uncontrolled environments after leaving our facility.
3. Damaged Items
If your seeds arrive damaged or if the package is broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
4. Incorrect Varieties
In the rare event that you receive a different variety than what you ordered, we will ship the correct items at no extra cost to you.
5. Reporting Deadline
Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp recorded by the courier.
6. Unboxing Proof
We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video as proof of the condition of the items upon arrival.
7. Refund Approval
Refund or replacement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our team.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
9. Non-Refundable Costs
Original shipping charges and any payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
10. Germination Disclaimer
Seed germination is dependent on many factors (climate, soil, water, depth, light). While we test for viability, we cannot guarantee growth.
11. Improper Storage
Rare Tomato Vault is not responsible for seeds that fail to germinate due to improper storage after they have been delivered to you.
12. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
13. Out of Stock Items
If a variety becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will offer a full refund for that item or a suitable replacement of your choice.
14. Missing Items
If your package is missing an item, please notify us immediately. We will either ship the missing item or issue a refund for its value.
15. Promotional Items
Free seeds or promotional gifts provided with orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
16. Return Shipping
In the extremely rare case where a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
17. Condition of Returns
Authorized returns must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.
18. Gift Cards
Rare Tomato Vault gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
19. Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused by the customer, no refund will be issued for the seeds or the shipping costs.
20. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" after the order has been processed.
